Sculpt strong and toned arms with this speedy upper-body workout
With lighter nights and warmer days, it's almost that time of the year when we can abandon our coats, jackets and woolly cardigans (finally!) and all our pretty summer clothes can come out to play - so there's no better time to work on your arms!
This circuit is the perfect way to keep your bingo wings in check this summer and work your upper body to sculpt those arms into lean, mean, cocktail-holding machines... It's simple, easy and effective. What are you waiting for?
How to do it
Perform a full set of the exercise, then take 20-30 seconds rest and move on to the next exercise. Repeat for the prescribed number of sets.
Beginner: 2 x 8 reps each move
Intermediate: 3 x 10 reps each move
Advanced: 4 x 10 reps each move
