If you wish to avoid looking older than your age, try enjoying vineyard. A new analysis has discovered this fruits could avoid melanoma and avoid premature aging.
The analysis has proven that substances discovered in the fruits secure tissues from the ultra purple radiation produced by the sun - the leading environmental cause of melanoma, Daily Mail revealed.
Ultra purple (UV) radiation increase the levels of sensitive oxygen species - harmful elements which harm the tissues - in the epidermis.
Scientists from the School of Spain's capital and the Spanish National Research Authorities have proven that substances called flavonoids produced from vineyard can avoid these from developing in tissues exposed to UV radiation.
"These motivating results should be taken into consideration... to develop new photo- protection items," says Marta Cascante, a biochemist at the School of Spain's capital and home of the analysis study.
Cascante, whose report was published in the Publication of Farming and Food Chemical make up, added: "This analysis supports the idea of using these items to secure the epidermis from cell harm and death caused by solar radiation."
